We strongly recommend that new patients schedule their appointments by phone. This allows us to allocate the appropriate amount of time for your consultation or treatment.

To respect everyone’s time, we require a 24 hour notice for appointment cancellations. If you do not show or cancel your appointment without 24 hour notice you will be charged a $200 fee for medical appointment time. A $50 fee will apply for all follow up visits. For appointments with our esthetician (laser or skincare), if a package or series was purchased, one treatment will be removed from it, otherwise a $50 fee will be charged.
